Booking Policy
Within 24 hours after booking the Valla Sanni 18 you will receive confirmation message and do not receive confirmation within 24 hours please contact us through WhatsApp on +94773623581 or +94740740265. At the time of arrival at the Villa need to fill in the Guest information form.
Check-in Policy
Check-in time is 14.00 hours on the day of arrival. Booked rooms will be held for check-in until 23:59 hours the Same day of the scheduled check-in date, after which the booking will be deemed a no-show and Villa Sanni 18 Villa shall be entitled to release the booked room(s) for the remaining stay dates to other guests. No refunds will be provided for the cancelled booking.
Early check-in free of charge but it is subject to availability.
Check-out Policy
- Check-out time is 11:00 hours on the day of departure.
- Late check-out free of charge but it is subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
Villa Sanni 18 reserves the right to cancel a confirmed booking due to any emergencies, natural disasters and other unavoidable circumstances. In which case Villa Sanni 18 will help relocate to an alternative hotel with similar standards.
Child Policy
- Children between 0 – 15 years stay for free on a sharing basis.
- 16 years and above will be considered as adults.
- A complimentary baby cot (Crib) will be provided for infants as per the request.
- A Highchair (feeding Chair) will be provided as per the request.
- Baby food preparing Immersion Blender, saucepans, food warmers, warm flask will be provided.
Payment Policy
All payments made through USD (United State Dollars, EURO, CHF (Swiss Franc), GBP (Great Britian Pound) or Sri Lankan Rupees at the time of arrival.
Damages
You will be responsible for any breakages, losses or damage caused by you or a member of your family during your stay in the accommodation. It is your responsibility to put right the damage or to make full payment to the hotel before departure and to indemnify us against any losses, damages or claims made against us.
Parking
Villa Sanni 18 provides car parking facilities for our guests. Therefore, guests are advised to ensure cars / Motor Cycles are locked securely and possessions left out of sight. The villa reserves the right to move vehicles when necessary to improve the efficiency of arrangement in the parking facilities.
Pets
No pets allowed.
Smoking
Villa Sanni 18 practices a strict No Smoking Policy inside all rooms. Guests are welcome to smoke on the room balconies, courtyards garden areas in the hotel.
Doctors On-call
Villa Sanni 18 will be directed to the closest Doctors / hospitals for medical treatment.
You agree to allow the villa owner or his representatives access to the property at any time on reasonable notice, to carry out repairs, which may be necessary during your stay. In cases of emergency, no notice shall be necessary.
The number of people staying overnight at the villa may not exceed the number (adults and children) given at the time of the booking confirmation, without prior approval by the villa owner.
You may not make any changes or alternations to the villa or property, such as fixing anything to the walls, removing furniture or art or redecorating any areas of the villa or property.
You agree to respect the traditions, customs and laws of Sri Lanka and be respectful towards staff working at the villa, others sharing the property and of local neighbors and properties.
You agree to pay for the washing and repair of any items belonging to the property, which are soiled or damaged during your stay, beyond reasonable wear and tear.
Airport Transfers
Airport Transfers can be arranged at favorable rates. We would require your confirmed flight details to arrange and confirm airport transfers and rates for the same. Please send the details to WhatsApp on +94773263581 or +94740740265.
We can arrange Tours at favorable rate as per guest request.
We will arrange free city visits including introducing beaches which are suitable to Sun Bathing, Swimming, Surfing(Hikkaduwa/Narigama/Kumarakanda), Turtle Beach, Restaurants, Super Markets, Veritable & Fruit Markets .
We will arrange a free of Charge River safari including nearly 2 hours river safari with bird watching, animals watching, cinnamon processing, Temple watching, visiting two Islands which are in middle of river and Fishing experience for more than 2 weeks staying guests.
